About Me

Took up the harmonica when I was forced to abandon my 18 year hobby of amateur hardball. I was lucky enough to play in enough tournaments in Arizona to play on all the spring training facilities in the general Phoenix area and a couple in Tuscon. Now that I am obsessed with the harmonica instead of baseball (I do miss baseball...) I only wish that I would have started playing harp before I was 50. Been playing a little over a year now and wonder why it took so long to get started. I LOVE music - especially the blues. I have varied tastes in music though. Other genre's I enjoy are:

Reggae
African
Celtic
Folk
Country
Rock
Soul
Classical
Jazz

So you can see I am not going to live long enough to experience the mastery or the success in all the different styles of music I enjoy. Oh well, how does the saying go? ... its the journey...
